1. About TataDex

TataDex is an independent, unofficial fan reference and community site for Clash of Critters. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Farlight Games or any rights holder. Site information may be incomplete, outdated, or based on player reports.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential.
• Do not use an account to spam, impersonate another person, manipulate votes, evade moderation, or access another user’s data.
• We may suspend, limit, or remove accounts and content that violate these terms or create a security, legal, or policy risk.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant TataDex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, translate or reformat where needed for site presentation, and distribute that content through the site and its previews. The license ends for future use when you delete the content, except for backups, caches, quotations, or copies already shared by others. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

4. Sources, reposts, and moderation

When you submit material from elsewhere, keep the original author and source link intact. TataDex may review, label, edit for formatting, hide, or remove content. A source link does not make copied material original, and a community submission is not an official game statement.

5. Codes, teams, guides, and trades

Redeem codes, card lists, tier lists, teams, guides, comments, and reactions may be supplied by players. TataDex does not guarantee that a code works, a lineup is effective, a guide is current, or a trade partner is reliable. Card exchange is informational: TataDex does not process in-game trades, hold items, provide escrow, or process payments between users.

6. Game assets and third-party material

Clash of Critters names, characters, artwork, and logos belong to their respective rights holders. TataDex uses some material for identification and documentation and records known provenance on its licensing and attribution page. We may remove or review material after a rights-holder request.

7. Advertising and external links

The site may contain Google advertising or links and embeds from third-party services. Third parties control their own products, content, cookies, and privacy practices. Do not click ads to support TataDex, and do not interfere with advertising or security systems.

8. Disclaimers and changes

TataDex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that every page reflects the current game client. We may update these terms, change site features, or discontinue parts of the service. Questions: ${siteContactEmail}.
